I am Christian Gessl, an economist, consultant, and project leader with decades of experience in organizational development, public-private dialogue, MSME support, and export promotion. My work spans diverse regions—from the former Soviet Union to Latin America, Northern Africa, and Eastern Europe—where I focus on creating sustainable economic opportunities and promoting social inclusion.

I believe in the transformative power of entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, and inclusive policy-making. My projects are driven by the conviction that empowering women, youth, and marginalized communities is not just a goal but a necessity for lasting growth and peace. Objectivity, to me, often masks the status quo. In our complex world, taking a stand matters—especially when advocating for green growth, circular economies, and human rights.
